An explosion of heavenly scented purple-blue flowers smother this delightful deciduous shrub in spring. The green foliage is dense and attractive. A striking burgundy tint appears on the leaves in autumn. Miss Kim Lilac adds phenomenal color, texture, and interest to any landscape.
The Miss Kim Lilac requires minimal care. This lilac enjoys part to full sun and is adaptable to variety of soils as long as they are well-drained. The Miss Kim is drought tolerant once established. Fertilize with a slow release fertilizer in early spring for best results. There is no need to prune this lilac, but if you do, right after spring blooms fade is the time recommended. Lilacs are deer and disease resistant.
