What To Do If Your Plant Is Not Acting As It Should
Do not immediately dig the plant up. We want your plant to not just survive, but thrive in its new home. Contact the Alsip location at which the plant(s) were purchased and speak to a nursery associate or manager about possible solutions. In some cases, certain plants can go through of period of transplant shock when going into their new soil and most likely will recover if the proper steps are taken in order to remedy the problem.

Trees
The all trees with a Zone Hardiness of 1-5.
One-year, 100% credit on Green Goods Card.
Shrubs
The all shrubs with a Zone Hardiness of 1-5.
One-year, 100% credit on Green Goods Card.
Roses
The all roses with a Zone Hardiness of 1-5.
One-year, 100% credit on Green Goods Card.
Not Covered by Guarantee:
Annual Plants
Any annual material listed for Hardiness Zones 6 or higher are not covered by our guarantee.
Including but not limited to: Flowering Annuals, Blooming Tropical Plants, Sod, and Flowering Seasonal Plants: (Easter Lilies, Poinsettias, Garden Mums & Asters, etc.)
May Return within 24 Hours in Sellable Condition as approved by the Manager on Duty.
Perennial Plants
Any plant material listed as perennial is not covered by our guarantee.
Perennials often die back to the ground in winter but regrow from their roots or underground structures (like bulbs or tubers) in the spring, providing long-term garden beauty.

Houseplants
Any houseplant material listed for hardiness zones 6 or higher are not covered by our guarantee.
A houseplant is any ornamental plant cultivated and grown indoors, typically thriving in conditions mimicking their native environments.
