- Plant in full sun to part shade. Grows well in almost any soil, but the most tender and sweetest leaves are produced in fertile soil with plenty of water, especially during hot weather when plants tend to bolt.
- Continually pinch off top leaves for larger harvest.

Tasty young leaves add a delightful spicy flavor to fresh salads and some pasta sauces. Very easy and quick to grow. Plant every three weeks for a constant supply of tender young leaves.
