This baby bok choy or pak choi tolerates heat, so you can grow it all summer. Harvest at 4" tall for delicate, crisp, and pleasantly mild-flavored leaves. An indispensable stir-fry ingredient, also try it fresh or marinated for salads, or make baby bok choy kimchi. The uniform, green leaves look beautiful when grown alongside flowers. Great for containers, too!
