Lake Valley- Parsley, Hamburg Rooted Turnip
Popular in Europe for more than 400 years, turnip-rooted parsley is a traditional addition to soups and stews. Mild-flavored, white, parsnip-like roots are harvested in the fall. Very hardy and easy to grow. The leaves are edible, too.
