- Direct sow seeds in late spring in moist, well-drained soil when soil has warmed to 65°F. Grows best in a sunny location protected from wind. Start indoors six weeks before last spring frost. Tolerates poor soil and prefers drier conditions, but be sure to water during long, dry periods.

The perfect focal point for your moon garden! Moonflower’s large, white blossoms open at night and emit a sweet perfume. Moonflower is closely related to morning glory. While it takes a longer and warmer season to blossom, it is a vigorous grower once established.
