- Plant in the spring after all danger of frost has passed. Plant in early fall in mild climates. To maintain a tidy appearance, cut back foliage by one-third in summer when flowers appear.
- Leaves may be used at any time. Cut back by two-thirds after flowering. Dry fully grown branches in the shade for later use.
Lake Valley- Lemon Balm
Delicate, light green foliage with a lemon scent. Bushy plants make an attractive accent or perennial border. Makes a tasty tea when combined with mint. Easy to grow, not fussy about soil or sun. Prospers even in dry soils or partial sun.
